CNHI Interactive Ticketing System
The ticketing system offers self-authenticating registration. Sign up for an account and you'll receive an e-mail with instructions for authenticating that account. Once your account is active you have the ability to login and see all of the tickets associated with your newspaper after just one more step.
Tickets are organized by newspaper. To be able to see existing tickets you'll need to submit a ticket telling us what newspaper you want your user account to belong to. It's OK if you deal with more than one newspaper. Once we associate your account with a paper you'll be able to see all of the tickets that have your email address on them.
The ticket section of the help site currently has three ticket departments. Use the Web support Department for website questions and problems as well as for questions and help with existing ads.
Use the Ad Submission Pipeline Department for new web ad requests.
Use the Hyper Local / Premier Guide department to submit new online yellow pages requests.

After hours and on weekends and holidays submitting a ticket with a status of 'critical' will send a text message to the staff member on call which will generate a response as quickly as possible.
You can also find the contact info for any of our team members on our Staff page, though we encourage you to use the help system as often as possible.
